Last Saturday night the 29th July 2017 The Australian Centre for Eating Disorders were honoured to be awarded the Excellence in Social Enterprise award at the Sunny’s Business Awards in Coffs Harbour NSW. Celebrating years of hard work Kyla and Allison enjoyed a great night and are looking forward to the Regional Awards in Port Macquarie in September where they will be nominated once again for this award in a wider regional setting. Social enterprises are businesses that trade to intentionally tackle social problems, improve communities, provide people access to employment and training, or help the environment.
